Ok, something’s not right. Palin’s been awful quiet lately. A little too quiet as they used to say in the old TV westerns. We’re not hearing any of her usual poison ranting on the news. This can’t be good. I keep getting this image of her hibernating in her alien seed pod in Chaney’s basement, storing up energy for the time of the take-over. And all around her are other seed pods, these filled with the Ninjas of the Tea Clan, waiting to hatch out and do the bidding of the almighty Tea Queen. Perhaps I’m just being paranoid. Could be she’s just got a sore throat. Maybe from Mono. Or a bad case of strep. But, what if I’m right……..

Farewell to the pigs
And farewell to the crows
Where have they gone?
Well, nobody knows
Gone are the weasels
As are the moos
No daily reports of political news
The rooster named Peck
And his tin-foiled loonies
Have all run off,
Perhaps to the boonies
Mayhap they’ll return, one fine sunny day
The more-than-equal pigs all leading the way
To regale us once more, and to make us all think
And remind us just how much politics do stink!
