Maverick-(n)There seems to be some confusion regarding the proper usage of this noun. Previously refered to a wild, untamed horse. In modern politics this seems to refer to any candidate who thinks “outside the box” as it were. One may be considered a maverick if they repeat this phrase 432 times each day, “I’m a Maverick!” While still open to debate, this noun also appears to have something to do with putting lipstick on pit bulls, but more research is probably needed on this.
